RB Ruan

Ruan is older at 26, but he has something that all teams in all leagues in all sports crave: speed. The Brazilian is a true burner on the outside and would be one of the fastest players on almost any team that signs him. Given his age and lack of real end product on either side of the ball limit his ceiling, but I could absolutely see a team from the Championship or especially Belgium take a chance on him.
