Brandon Vazquez, FC Cincinnati

This might be a bit of an odd shout, but Vazquez is an interesting player in this league. He has just nine goals across five MLS seasons playing for Atlanta United and FC Cincinnati, but he has value. Last season, Vazquez had 0.42 goals per 90 minutes, the top third in the league amongst strikers, and was in the top ten percent for assists per 90 with 0.32. He’s also a good defensive forward, ranking the top ten percent for just about every defensive metric amongst forwards. On top of all that, he’s still only 23 and could realistically continue to improve. I have no idea how available he’d be, as he could be the type of hardworking forward Pat Noonan is looking for at FC Cincinnati, but with Brenner on the books, Vazquez could be gettable.
