2. Atlanta United

Atlanta United are either back or are going to massively disappoint. There is no in between. This is the most expensive team in MLS history and, on paper, one of the most talented. If Luiz Araujo and Thiago Almada are the players they can be, plus Josef Martinez plays like himself, Atlanta are a top three team in the conference, and maybe a Shield team. We'll see if they can approach that level.
