10. Vancouver Whitecaps

Vancouver was another Cinderella story of 2021, but things are tougher for the Caps this year. To their credit, they've done well to bring in Tristan Blackmon to supplement a decent all around roster. Last year, they were overly reliant on a career hot streak from Brian White offensively, and that might be hard to replicate (or maybe White is just that good idk). But they have Ryan Gauld who could be an MVP caliber playmaker. Caps are good, but the west is hard to win.
