8. Colorado Rapids

I don't think the Rapids are a playoff team, at least right now. It's a squad that really lacks top end playmakers and the overall squad quality took a hit over the offseason with several big losses. I could see them even lower than 8th, but Robin Fraser could get them above the line again.
