If Miami gets Messi, that changes literally everything for Inter Miami and MLS as a whole.

With that in mind, Miami hasn't signed Messi and has one of the weakest rosters in the league. The Herons lost their two best players from last season and lacks any clear chance creators. Miami would be even lower if it weren't for the promise of the summer and Phil Neville's ability to get more from less.
