Player to watch: ST Klauss

St. Louis CITY (yes, it's supposed to be in all caps) is the newest franchise in MLS. The club started its roster build last year, and has an interesting mix of European and domestic talent. There's a heavy German influence on the roster and the club will play a variation of the Red Bull, high-pressing system.

STLC doesn't have any huge superstars, so it's hard to pick the new club higher than 13th for now. But if the pieces fit and buy into Bradley Carnell's system, this could be a strong debut campaign on the banks of the Mississippi River.
