Luca Petrasso

Orlando's first signing of the offseason was young left back Luca Petrasso from Toronto FC. Petrasso came through TFC's academy and had somewhat of a breakthrough campaign last season for the Reds.

The Lions swooped in for the former Canadian youth international. Petrasso will battle with Santos for the starting left back position.

Petrasso has tons of offensive ability. He's a technically gifted player who's shown the ability to combine with talented attackers and whip in a quality cross in his young career. Petrasso started as a winger for Toronto before migrating to the backline.

He started for Orlando in the club's final preseason game, but it's hard to say who has the early lead for the starting left back position.
