The Portland Timbers, Orlando's opponents on Sunday, had a breakout sensation on their hands in the 2021 MLS Cup Playoffs, when young Colombian winger Santiago Moreno burst onto the scene to help the club reach the MLS Cup Final.

So far in 2022, Moreno has looked brilliant in moments, including a wonderful assist in the first match of the season, and his underlying creative numbers are promising, even if the production isn't quite there. Portland is a fairly defensive team, tactically, and early game states have also limited Moreno's overall productivity.
