Key Players

Luciano Acosta

Acosta is the draw that stirs the drink for Cincinnati. The former DC United superstar has become one of the very best players in MLS since joining Cincinnati in 2021. The Argentine playmaker is a dynamic force in the final third.

Brandon Vazquez

Vazquez --- a former US youth international and promising prospect for Atlanta United --- finally blossomed into an MLS superstar with Cincinnati last season. The Mexican-American forward scored 18 goals and provided eight assists last year.

Obinna Nwobodo

Cincinnati went off the beaten path to sign Designated Player Obinna Nwobodo from Turkey last season. Despite the Nigerian's low profile, Nwobodo has proven to be one of the best defensive midfielders in the league. He also scored the game-winning goal last week, his first for the club.

Brenner

Brazilian sensation Brenner is one of the more talented strikers in MLS when he's on. He played just 30 minutes last week, and he's still getting back to fitness after missing most of preseason due to a lengthy transfer sage.
