Stats: 2 G, 3 A
Junior Urso is a true two-way, box-to-box midfielder. He's probably the third-best goal threat on the team after the two main strikers, and he's shown that with a pair of goals and several more opportunities. He's always crashing the box and creating havoc, while also playing smart soccer and contributing defensively.
I thought this would be the year Junior Urso was displaced in the starting eleven, but so far he's grabbing his starting position with two hands. Urso carried the offense in the early games while Ercan Kara looked for fitness, and he opens up the game for the more creative players.
