Orlando restarts league play with a visit to the reigning Supporter's Shield champion New England Revolution. Bruce Arena's team were dominant in 2021, amassing a league record 73 points. The Revs were led by a dynamic triumvirate of Designated Players: Carles Gil, the reigning league MVP; Gustavo Bou; and Adam Buksa. All three are back (for now as Buksa could be sold this summer) and New England are a strong MLS team once again. Last year, the Revs lost in a playoff penalty shootout and will be looking to finally life an MLS Cup for the first time in their long history.
