Rating Orlando City's summer signings
4 of 5
Stats: 331 minutes played
Cartagena was arguably the best of the summer signings. While not an impact player, the Peruvian international midfielder brought exactly what he was supposed to bring. He was a reliable and effective rotation defensive midfielder behind Cesar Araujo.
Had he played more minutes, he could've been even better. Cartagena has all the makings of a very good MLS defensive midfielder, and he was a solid midseason pickup for the Lions.
