Three overreactions from Orlando City's season opening win over the New York Red Bulls
Orlando City still can't create chances
The Lions finished with just six shots. When I rewatched the game, I only saw a small handful of dangerous actions. Real chances were basically non-existent outside of a random handball penalty.
In that way, it felt a lot like last year when Orlando was one of the least creative teams in the league. However, I think it's way too early to say this team can't create chances. Orlando played the Red Bulls. In week one. That's an extreme outlier situation for the quality of football and chance creation.
Verdict: Overreaction
