ST Benji Michel

Stats: Goal, Assist, 6/11 duels won

Benji Michel changed everything for Orlando City in this game. I've been critical of the Homegrown's production this season, but playing as an out and out striker, Michel delivered his best ever performance. His pace and explosiveness allowed the Lions to rip in behind the Red Bull backline. With Michel in the middle and Torres and Ruan providing width, Orlando were constantly running at the visitors with pace and goal-scoring intent.

Michel capped off a game changing performance with an excellent goal, a finish that received praise from NFL legend Chad Johnson of all people. El Vaquero is a beloved fan favorite for Orlando City, but if he can play like this he'll go from beloved cult figure to actual MLS star.
