2023 Orlando City Position Previews: Center Backs

It's officially game week for Orlando City Soccer Club. The Major League Soccer regular season kicks off Saturday and the Lions will play host to the New York Red Bulls. In the lead up to Saturday's season opener, it's time to break down each of the Lions' position groups heading into 2023.

Let's take a look at the center backs. Since the arrivals of Robin Jansson, Antonio Carlos and Rodrigo Schlegel in 2019 and 2020, center back has been a position of real strength for Orlando City. There's been little to no attrition at the position since.
