It's officially game week for Orlando City Soccer Club. The Major League Soccer regular season kicks off Saturday and the Lions will play host to the New York Red Bulls. In the lead up to Saturday's season opener, it's time to break down each of the Lions' position groups heading into 2023.

Let's look at central midfield. Orlando lost a pair of reliable figures in Junior Urso and Andres Perea, but looked both within the league and abroad to fill out the depth. The Lions also have a handful of high-end starters on the books.
