Orlando City B Lose to FC Cincinnati 3-1

Orlando City B (2-5-1, 7 points) and FC Cincinnati (4-2-1, 13 points) waited out a two hour rain delay to play out ninety minutes that saw the visitors storm back from a one goal deficit to claim a 3-1 victory. OCB got the opening goal in the 52nd minute from a Bryan Rochez spot kick. the Honduran’s second goal of the season. The penalty was set up by Hadji Barry; the former University of Central Florida player received a Tyler Turner ball on the goal-line in the right corner and did well to nutmeg a defender, only to be barreled over by the Cincinnati center-back.

It didn’t take long for Cincinnati to equalize. In the 57th minute, Midfielder Kenny Walker smashed home a low drive from over 25 yards out to even things out between the teams. Then the red-card bug hit OCB again, as they can rarely finish a game with 11 men on the field. In the 76th minute, goalkeeper Mark Ridgers was forced to take down an attacker in the box resulting in the infamous triple whammy; penalty, red card and suspension. Sean Okoli finished the penalty and Cincinnati added a third in stoppage time to ensure the victory.
