Orlando City B (2-5-1, 7 points) and FC Cincinnati (4-2-1, 13 points) waited out a two hour rain delay to play out ninety minutes that saw the visitors storm back from a one goal deficit to claim a 3-1 victory. Then the red-card bug hit OCB again, as they can rarely finish a game with 11 men on the field. In the 76th minute, goalkeeper Mark Ridgers was forced to take down an attacker in the box resulting in the infamous triple whammy; penalty, red card and suspension. Sean Okoli finished the penalty and Cincinnati added a third in stoppage time to ensure the victory.
